The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Mohamed Abdullah. Police say he was ejected from the bike and suffered trauma to his head and body. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. Liggins had her four-year-old daughter in the car. They were both treated and released at a local hospital. Friends of Abdullah cannot believe it. He was known as a very friendly person, always saying and doing the right things. Liggins is now facing multiple charges, including manslaughter and driving intoxicated with a child.
